5. Financing Terms

5.1 Financing Provider

Equipment financing offered through Nationwide Haul is facilitated by our sister company, NEF NOW, a commercial vehicle lending platform. NEF NOW is a separate legal entity. When you submit a financing application, your information is transmitted to NEF NOW and its network of lending partners for credit evaluation and underwriting. Nationwide Haul does not itself originate loans.

5.2 Financing Applications

All financing is subject to credit approval. By submitting a financing application, you authorize NEF NOW and its lending partners to obtain credit reports and verify any information you provide. Pre-qualification is a soft credit pull and does not guarantee final approval. Final approval requires a hard credit pull and additional documentation.

5.3 Lending Partners

NEF NOW works with multiple lending institutions. Final financing terms — including interest rates, loan duration, fees, and prepayment conditions — are determined by the chosen lending partner and are subject to their specific terms and conditions, which will be presented to you before you sign any loan agreement.

5.4 Down Payments

Down payment requirements vary by lender and are based on creditworthiness, time in business, vehicle type, vehicle age, and other factors. Larger down payments may improve approval odds and reduce monthly payments.

5.5 Calculator Estimates

6. Purchase Agreements
