Our rental program requires a minimum commitment of 6 months. There are no short-term (daily, weekly, or monthly) rental programs available.
All credit scores are encouraged to apply — terms vary based on your credit profile, business history, and equipment needs. Newer businesses may qualify with a larger security deposit (2–3 months) and proof of active operating authority (active MC/DOT number).
All lessees and renters must carry a minimum of $1,000,000 in commercial auto liability insurance with Nationwide Haul listed as an additional insured. For reefer trailers, cargo insurance covering temperature-sensitive freight is strongly recommended. Our commercial insurance partners can assist in obtaining compliant coverage quickly if needed.
Yes — we work with newer operations regularly and with all trailer types. Businesses under 2 years old may be required to provide a security deposit of 2–3 months of payments and proof of active MC/DOT authority. Our 6-month rental program is often the best entry point for new carriers, with more flexible qualification criteria than a long-term lease.
